Who can apply for the scholarship?
Applicants must be between 17 and 21 years of age, be a high school or home school graduate before September 2026, and currently reside in Columbia County, Oregon.
What kinds of talents does the scholarship recognize?
The foundation celebrates students who show promise in art, creative writing, innovative thinking, and critical thinking.
Is the scholarship paid to a school or directly to the student?
The foundation plans to award the funds directly to the student, giving them flexibility in how they use the gift.
Are applications currently open?
Applications for the 2025 school year are closed. The 2026 finalists have already been selected, and new scholarship information is expected in August 2026.
How can I support the foundation?
